Do children and infants count as passengers?
Yes. Every adult, child and infant counts towards the passenger limit, including anyone travelling in a child seat.
How should I calculate luggage capacity?
Count large suitcases and cabin bags separately. Pushchairs, wheelchairs, sports equipment and oversized items may need extra space; check with support before booking.
Can the vehicle change after booking?
An equivalent or upgraded vehicle may be supplied if an operational change is necessary. It must accommodate the passengers and luggage in your confirmed booking.
